Scholarship Details
The Romanian Government Scholarship is a program offered by Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support international students from non-European Union countries in pursuing undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at accredited Romanian universities. Unique to this scholarship, undergraduate and master’s programs are conducted exclusively in Romanian, with a preparatory language year provided for those not proficient in the language. Doctoral candidates have the option to study in Romanian or another language, depending on the program. This initiative aims to promote the Romanian language and culture while establishing educational cooperation with non-EU nations.
Exemption from registration, language testing, and admission exam fees
